The owners had a closed galley kitchen that nobody wanted to cook in. We opened the wall to the dining area, moved the cooker to the window side for ventilation, and used the freed-up space for an island that doubles as a breakfast bar for the children. The sage green was tested on the wall for a week before the cabinets were sprayed.
The room was large but featureless: cream walls, sill-length curtains and a bed floating in the middle. A single dark panelled wall gave it a focal point, and raising the curtains to the ceiling made the windows feel twice the size. The owners kept their existing bed frame; we added the headboard and lamps.
A fintech team was moving from a serviced office into their own floor and needed it ready in six weeks without disrupting the building's other tenants. Noisy work was done after 6 pm. The brief was quiet, bright and not corporate; we kept the palette to white, oak and one green wall.
A 1990s house with a flat concrete ceiling and cold terrazzo floor. The family wanted warmth without a full renovation. The stepped ceiling hides the new wiring and gives three lighting moods for the room; the oak floor was laid over the terrazzo to avoid two weeks of demolition dust.
An en-suite from the 1980s with a bath nobody used and pink tiles. Removing the bath made room for a generous shower and a vanity with drawers. Microcement on the dry walls kept the grout lines to a minimum and made the small room feel calm.

Curtains and blinds: 7 to 10 days. Painting an apartment: 2 to 6 days. A fitted kitchen: 3 to 6 weeks including workshop fabrication. A bathroom: about 2 weeks. A whole-apartment renovation: 4 to 8 weeks. A full house: 8 to 16 weeks. Your quote states the dates for your job.
For most projects: a deposit on signing to order materials, one or two progress payments tied to agreed milestones, and a final payment after snagging. Typical stages are 40 / 30 / 25 / 5 percent.
