Our décor service suits tenants who cannot knock down walls, owners who have just moved in, and families who want the house to finally feel finished. Most décor projects in Nairobi apartments are complete within two weeks.

Styling fees start from Ksh 10,000 per room. Full décor packages for a 2-bedroom apartment, including furniture and soft furnishings, typically fall between Ksh 250,000 and Ksh 800,000 depending on what is kept.
Home décor questions
I rent my apartment. What can you change without the landlord's permission?
Paint colours (returned to white at the end of the lease if required), removable wallpaper, curtains and rods, rugs, lighting that plugs in, and all furniture. We avoid tiling and built-in carpentry in rentals unless the landlord agrees in writing.
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Yes, and we prefer to. We will tell you honestly what to keep, what to reupholster and what to replace.
Do you charge for shopping and sourcing?
Sourcing is included when you buy through us. If you want only the shopping list, we charge a flat styling fee and you buy items yourself.
