Kileleshwa has changed from bungalows to apartment blocks in fifteen years, and most of our work here is in those blocks: 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units along Oloitokitok Road, Gatundu Road, Laikipia Road and Mandera Road. The units are generally well built but finished plainly, so owners come to us for the layer that developers leave out: ceilings, feature walls, better kitchens, curtains and furniture.
A high share of Kileleshwa apartments are owned by Kenyans living abroad, and we manage renovations for them remotely. The owner approves the scope and quote by email or WhatsApp, we send a weekly photo and video report, and payments are released against progress. We also hand over to the letting agent and leave the unit cleaned and photographed for the listing.
The remaining older houses in Kileleshwa are often converted to offices, schools and clinics. We handle the partitioning, reception areas and paint for these conversions, and the painting of boundary walls and exteriors that come with them.
