Westlands is where most of our commercial work happens. The office towers along Waiyaki Way, Parklands Road and Rhapta Road house tech companies, agencies, NGOs and professional firms, and almost all of them take space as a bare shell or inherit a previous tenant's layout. We plan and fit out floors from 80 to 600 square metres: workstations, glass meeting rooms, reception counters, kitchenettes and acoustic ceilings.
Building rules in Westlands are stricter than elsewhere in Nairobi. Most towers require fit-out drawings, a method statement and insurance before work begins, and limit noisy work to evenings and weekends. We prepare the paperwork, book the goods lift and schedule demolition and drilling for after 6 pm so neighbouring tenants are not disturbed.
Residential work in Westlands centres on the apartment blocks along Rhapta Road, Brookside Drive and Peponi Road: kitchen upgrades, feature walls, blinds for the west-facing glass, and furniture packages for serviced apartments.
