A commercial interior has a job to do. A reception has to say who you are in the first ten seconds; a salon needs plumbing, mirrors and lighting that flatter; a restaurant has to seat enough covers without feeling crowded; an office needs quiet corners as much as it needs desks. We plan commercial spaces around the work that happens in them, then fit them out with finishes that survive heavy use. We have worked in office blocks in Westlands and Upper Hill, retail units in Kilimani, and converted houses in Lavington and Karen used as clinics and studios.

Office interiors questions
Can you work at night or over weekends so we do not close?
Yes. Painting, flooring and partitioning are often done after 6 pm or on Saturdays. We agree the programme with your building management in advance.
Do you handle landlord approvals and fit-out deposits?
We prepare the drawings and method statements that most Nairobi building managers ask for. The deposit itself is paid by the tenant.
Do you supply office furniture?
Yes. We source workstations, task chairs, meeting tables and storage from Nairobi suppliers, or specify imported pieces for reception areas when the budget allows.
What is a typical timeline for a 20-person office?
Design and approvals take two to three weeks; the fit-out itself takes three to five weeks depending on partitioning and electrical work.
