Most expensive mistakes in a Nairobi home happen before the work starts: a sofa that blocks the balcony door, a TV wall facing the afternoon sun, a kitchen island with no room to open the oven. Space planning fixes this on paper. We measure the property, draw the layout to scale, and test furniture sizes, walkways and light before you commit to finishes. You get a plan you can hand to any contractor, or keep with us through to installation.

Interior design questions
Do I need a full design if I only want to repaint?
No. For paint-only jobs we recommend our wall painting service, which includes a colour consultation. Full space planning pays off when furniture, lighting or walls are changing.
Can I use your plan with my own fundi or contractor?
Yes. The plan, mood board and finish schedule are yours once paid for. Many clients do exactly that, and come back to us for curtains or furniture later.
How long does space planning take?
For a single room, about one week from site visit to presentation. For a whole apartment or house, two to three weeks.
Do you design for new builds that are still under construction?
Yes. Working from the architect's drawings lets us move sockets, plumbing and ceiling points before the slab is plastered, which saves money later.
