Good paintwork is 70 percent preparation. Skimming, filling, sanding and priming take longer than the colour coats, and they are the difference between a wall that still looks new after three Nairobi rainy seasons and one that peels within a year. We paint interiors and exteriors, hang vinyl, non-woven and textured wallpaper, and build feature walls in fluted MDF panelling, cladding stone, microcement and limewash. Every job starts with a colour consultation so you are not choosing from a tiny chip under shop lighting.

Painting and wallpaper questions
Which paint brands do you use?
We quote with the brand and product line named, so you can compare. If you have a preferred brand, we will use it.
Can I stay in the house while you paint?
Yes. We work room by room, use low-odour paints indoors and seal off the area being worked on.
Does wallpaper survive Nairobi humidity?
Non-woven and vinyl wallpapers do very well in living rooms and bedrooms. We avoid wallpaper in bathrooms and kitchens unless they are well ventilated, and we always size the wall first.
How many colours should a small apartment have?
Usually one main wall colour, one trim colour and at most two accent walls. More than that makes a small space feel busy.
